GAI pack grading

A recent eBay auction referred to a pack as being the "highest graded GAI pack". Does anybody know if there is a central registry for GAI graded packs like one for the PSA pop report (https://www.psacard.com/pop/packs/20017)?

I remember reading somewhere that GAI kept promising to roll out a pop report and it never wound up happening before they went out of business.
