Just back from BBCE
I sent off some stuff to BBCE for wrapping and these are a few of the non sports highlights. I had never done a transaction with BBCE up until this point, but the process was very smooth and transparent.

Took about two months.
Rack packs are typically $8 each unless they carry a super high value.
They are in an oversized toploader style case first then bbce wrapped plastic.
I believe they will authenticate anything that PSA will not. Steve is the head authenticator for PSA so there is probably some contract issues there. I have seen oversized packs and things that won’t fit in a psa slab wrapped by bbce.
