What is a Wax Pack?
Interested in some opinions on what you guys and gals consider a wax pack. For me I always consider something that has anything besides just candy or gum in the pack. It could be cards, buttons, stickers, toy, etc. While I do have a few packs such as this Topps Lotsa Loot in my collection, I don’t necessarily consider it a non sport pack.

I know this is an old thread, but since you never got an answer... I believe that all the variations of OPC Ton 'O' Gum had cards inside. Most were either blank backed, red bordered "Ton 'o' Laffs" or blank backed, red bordered "Knock-Knocks", but I believe some of the blank backed "Crazy TV" variations have also been reported. There is also a "Rigolons" that was inserted, but I'm not sure if that is a back side to one of the above or a stand alone card. Most of the wrappers indicated that a card was included, but some do not.
