I always like to pick up oddball rack packs when I see them and added my second triple front rack. I have had the garbage pail kids for a few years now and just landed the masters of the universe recently.

I heard the term on a video I watched of an unopened pack collector. I wish I had a few racks like that in my collection. Best I ever had was a 1979 baseball rack with 2 Sf Giants player on it. I thought it was cool!
