Anybody around the world that knows trading card wrappers would pretty much fall of their seat backwards seeing this wrapper. Impossibly Rare. Wrapper has no holes or tears in the slightest. I've never seen one before! Still... don't know if it is the "rarest" or not. There are some wrappers that have never been found, but probably have to exist. And, you have to consider original print runs as well. I'm sure Scanlen's printed far fewer of their cards and wrappers than Topps did. But, some people must be familiar with the rarity considering the final price.
